Technical back-up support is readily available, and we send delivery confirmations the day prior to delivery, so you know there are no surprises. As you would expect, lead-times on standard casement windows and residential/double doors are 5 working days, with specialist products only a short time longer.
Glazerite also provide extensive marketing support, with standard and bespoke literature and work in partnership with Network Veka to complement their marketing package. A user-friendly quoting and ordering software package is also available which is tailored to the individual customer, and being web based can be accessed from any computer or laptop without the need for a dongle.
