Senior Customer Service Advisor
Based in Wellingborough
This role primarily involves building customer relations with our existing customer base. This involves assisting customers with queries and issues they may have on a daily basis. You will be responsible for assisting our customers with all aspects of the order process from quotation to after sales. This will involve dealing with the customer as well as other departments within the company.
Key aspects of the role involve:
- Customer Support
- Logging and following up Non- Conformances
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer gets best service possible
- Working as a team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidate should have a good telephone manner and good customer service skills. The candidate should also be keen to learn as knowledge of the product plays a key role in making a success of this role.
Confident and outgoing character who is able to deal with all types of personalities.
