Summing up the 2016 FIT Show as ‘professional, busy, exhausting and genuinely worth-while’, The Glazerite UK Group Ltd has announced that it enjoyed a hugely successful exhibition, taking the opportunity to launch a raft of exciting new products on its extensive stand.
At the core of the stand was the marketing hub where new and existing customers were taken through some great new digital marketing tools available.
Glazerite’s director, Jason Thompson, commented: “While our portfolio was already one of the most extensive in the industry, we have never been a company that likes to rest on our laurels and have always strived to innovate and move forward. As such, the FIT Show provided us with the perfect platform to introduce 10 new products, including a variety of windows and doors, as well as hardware and new colours and of course our latest marketing tools.”
The latest additions to Glazerite’s product offering unveiled at the FIT Show include; Palladio composite doors, WarmCore windows, an enhanced VEKA Imagine bi-fold, Halo’s FlushSash, 70mm System10 and Rustique systems, Swiftglide integral blinds, Brisant Secure’s market leading Ultion cylinder, the new VEKA M70 bevelled suite, plus two new colours for Solidor composite doors. Glazerite Director, Jason Thompson says:
“We are a launch partner for Synseal’s new WarmCore aluminium/PVC-U hybrid window system and this generated a tremendous amount of attention. The Palladio doors and Swiftglide integral blinds were also extremely popular, as was the Residence 9 window, but the Halo storm door generated the greatest interest – we are currently working closely with our supply partners to obtain the Kitemark PAS 1188 flood simulation test which, in turn, will open up a new market for our customers.”
At the heart of its stand Glazerite were taking visitors through the marketing support and new digital marketing tools only available to its customers. These include a new fully customisable retail sales presenter that, in turn, can be used to walk customers through a range of products and services, as well as demonstrating the installer’s capabilities and key benefits of working with them.
The Network VEKA Assure team headed by its Technical and Compliance Manager Austin Greene were also on hand to discuss training and compliance requirements, this proved to be a great asset to the constant flow of visitors that were present throughout the duration of the show.
Jason concluded: “The noticeable increase in visitor numbers kept us very busy for the majority of the three days. This year we only scanned visitors that specifically requested further information or expressed a serious desire to continue our discussions and as a result we received requests from over 100 companies and of those, over 90% have translated into genuine leads. We’ll now be working hard to follow up enquiries by phone, as well as arranging personal visits and factory tours. We had a fantastic FIT Show – it was a very professional event that represented some of the best companies in the industry and we were very proud to be a part of it.”
