A guaranteed installation

The Kubu door lock which can be supplied with our composite doors comes with a 10 year mechanical warranty. There is also an option to activate a 10 year and £1000 security guarantee for additional peace of mind.

The ERA products offered come with comprehensive home security guarantees including:

• Home Insurance Savings - Insurance brokers recognise that having high security hardware on your doors and windows reduces the risk of forced entry - so they can reduce your premiums.
• 24/7 Assistance - Access to a FREE call out service that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Up to £1000 home insurance excess - Guarantees against forced entry for 10 years. ERA will even pay the excess on any home insurance claim due to the failure of one of the products.
• Up to £1000 towards repair and replacement - If an ERA Five Star Guaranteed component has failed they will pay up to £1000 towards the cost of replacing or repairing your window or door.
• £1000 compensation - In the unlikely event of a break-in succeeding through the failure of a component covered by the ERA Five Star Guarantee you will be given a cheque for £1000 to compensate you for the inconvenience caused.

The Ultion lock that is supplied as standard on all of our doors, comes with a £2000 break in warranty, so if your property is broken into through the Ultion Cylinder, they will pay you £2000.

With the Sweet furniture range you can benefit from a 20 year guarantee on products. If door furniture goes rusty in the 20 years Sweet will replace it for you. All you need to do is activate the guarantee within 28 days of installation.
