Order Processor - Bolton

We are currently looking to recruit an order processor to join our team at the Bolton division
Industry experience in (Upvc) is key for this role and being part of a busy processing team. If you have the experience we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with and processing customer quotations and orders for all sales sites, in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
- Analysing customer requirements and entering the details onto our in-house system correctly.
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner, in line with company SLAs.
- Dealing professionally with customer queries via phone and email.
- Consistently evolving your knowledge of Glazerite’s products in order to carry out the responsibilities effectively.
- Other duties as reasonably required by the Company.
Person Specification
- Must have experience using Business Micros packages such as, Evonet & Evolution which is industry lead software.
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Detail orientated.
- Good use of initiative.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player, flexible, willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to understand architectural and CAD drawings is desirable.
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday.
- Full time, Permanent Position
- 37.5 hours a week
- 08:30 – 17:00
- Salary: Competitive
