Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the aluminium Windows and Doors production team to meet operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards across production processes.
  • Optimize production operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve output.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and timely repairs.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to maximize resource utilization and meet delivery timelines.
  • Monitor key production metrics, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to align production goals and ensure timely delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to enhance team skills and maintain high morale.

Person Specification

  • Must have experience using LogiKal in a Processing/Production environment.
  • Experience in aluminium Windows and Doors Production or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of safety standards and quality control in manufacturing.
  • Expertise in the production of aluminium Windows and Doors and related processes.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in production management and optimization.
  • Effective team leadership and staff development.
  • Proficient in data analysis and process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of safety management and quality assurance practices.
