We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aluminium Windows and Doors Production Supervisor to lead our production team and drive excellence in aluminium production operations. In this pivotal role, you will alongside the Production Manager, manage the entire production process, ensuring high quality, safety standards, and continuous process improvement.
Experience in LogiKal in a Processing/Production environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the aluminium Windows and Doors production team to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards across production processes.
- Optimize production operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve output.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and timely repairs.
- Develop and implement production schedules to maximize resource utilization and meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor key production metrics, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to align production goals and ensure timely delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to enhance team skills and maintain high morale.
Person Specification
- Must have experience using LogiKal in a Processing/Production environment.
- Experience in aluminium Windows and Doors Production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of safety standards and quality control in manufacturing.
- Expertise in the production of aluminium Windows and Doors and related processes.
- Proven record of accomplishment in production management and optimization.
- Effective team leadership and staff development.
- Proficient in data analysis and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of safety management and quality assurance practices.
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday.
- Full time, Permanent Position
- 40 hours a week
