Much like the other support areas of our business, installers can choose the level of support they need from us from a technical perspective.

 

For domestic installers this can typically involve:

  • General: Building regulation changes, most recently involving u values and trickle ventilation.
  • Survey stage: Frame sizes and clearances to ensure no issues with plasterlines, Working on various glazing options and requirements, practicalities of product for use - Is the chosen product fit for purpose in the environment it's being used.
  • Installation stage: Installation instructions, Mismeasured or onsite factors that need consideration
  • Post installation: Any support and advice in use of the product.
