From time to time we do receive complaints about the furniture on installations becoming tarnished. On inspection, this is generally down to the fact that the homeowner has now been cleaning and maintaining the items correctly. This is part of their guarantee, so please remind them of a few basics on installation.
- To maintain the high quality finish of this product, we recommend wiping it with a clean cloth soaked in warm water and mild detergent every month. Moving parts should be lightly lubricated twice a year.
