Our broad customer base encompasses a diverse range of commercial installers. Among them is M3 Floodtec, leaders in flood resilience and social housing refurbishment, with whom we’ve developed a longstanding partnership.
The latest collaboration between Glazerite and M3 is a project for a social housing refurbishment specialist. Scheduled for completion in March 2026, the project involves the supply and installation of windows and doors for nearly 600 properties on the Isle of Wight.
Product and performance
We are currently working with M3 to deliver 4000 Deceuninck 2500 windows in white. The 2500 is a robust, high-performance uPVC chamfered system, which can meet the demanding thermal and security requirements of a range of installations, including social housing. Its durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance make it a trusted choice for largescale refurbishments where long-term value is essential.
As with the service we offer all of our installers, whatever their end market, our involvement extends beyond fabrication. Our team provides solutions including technical support, ensuring that M3 Floodtec’s installation teams can operate efficiency and keep projects running smoothly.
Overcoming island logistics
With the project taking place on the Isle of Wight, logistics have presented a key challenge. We have been working closely with M3 to ensure our scheduled delivery service helps maintain the install’s tight timescales, and that our windows arrive on time. This is helped by our UK-wide presence, extensive delivery network, and service flexibility, all areas we’ve sought to strengthen and continually improve.
Next steps
When it comes to large-scale social housing refurbishment, success depends on more than just quality of windows and other materials. It requires coordination, reliability, and technical partnership across every stage of the project.
With the end client now exploring a longer term partnership with M3, thanks to their proven installation quality and cost efficiency, we will continue to deliver M3’s requirements on other projects.
